The system adopts a card swiping and license plate recognition mode (one card, one vehicle)

The license plate recognition and charging system of Sowell Technology's intelligent parking lot obtains the license plate information of entering and exiting vehicles such as license plate number, license plate color, etc. through artificial intelligence neural network algorithm. After swiping the card, it retrieves the license plate information registered at the time of card issuance from the database for comparison. If it is successful, it will automatically open the brake, otherwise it will alarm, making it more perfect than the original parking lot system: 1. Match the card with the vehicle, Truly achieve a management mode of one card, one vehicle; 2. Upgrade the property management mode of the community to a higher level. The advantage of matching cards and cars is that long-term rental cards must be used in conjunction with cars, eliminating the loophole of using one card with multiple cars and increasing the collection of parking fees for the community property; 3. Simultaneously identifying and comparing vehicle information while entering and exiting enhances the security of parking management in the community, effectively preventing the phenomenon of unauthorized use and preventing the occurrence of theft and vehicle exchange incidents; 4. The intelligent parking lot management system software is a graphical Chinese version application developed based on the Windows 98+Windows 2000 platform, using the stable and reliable large-scale database software Microsoft SQL Server 2000. Friendly interface, simple operation, and comprehensive functionality. It mainly includes modules such as login, maintenance, archives, vehicles, monitoring, recognition, recording, reporting, and logout.


The system adopts advanced computer network technology, with real-time, fast and reliable data transmission, fast response speed for vehicle reading, and fast entry and exit of vehicles. The system automatically calculates parking fees based on the time when vehicles enter and exit the parking lot, and can support different charging standards for up to four types of vehicles.

The system divides vehicles into four categories (temporary vehicles, monthly rental vehicles, stored value vehicles, and VIP vehicles).


Here we will explain the four commonly used types of vehicles:


Temporary vehicle: also known as temporary vehicle, issued or not issued by the administrator (foreign vehicles are allowed at this time), for temporary parking or invalid vehicle holders to use. At the time of issuance, the corresponding vehicle category may not be selected. At this time, the vehicle can have multiple charging methods. The specific charging method is determined by the toll collector based on the type of vehicle used by the driver.


Monthly rental car: issued by the administrator for long-term parking use. Long term parking drivers can apply for monthly rental cars at the management office for different periods of time. After the management office collects fees, they can issue monthly rental cars to long-term parking drivers; After the monthly rental car expires, you can drive to the management office to pay for an extension.


VIP car: also known as a free car, used by people with special identities. Similar to monthly car rentals, VIP cars are also restricted by dates.


◆ Value stored vehicles: also known as electronic cash cars, the difference from monthly rental cars is that monthly rental cars judge the validity of a car based on its validity period, while value stored cars judge the validity of a car based on its balance. When the balance of the stored value vehicle is insufficient, you can drive to the management office to pay for recharge.
