Module of license plate recognition SDK:

License plate detection: detects the presence of license plates in input photos or videos.

License plate recognition: performs character segmentation and recognition on detected license plates, and outputs recognition results.

Image processing: Repair and rotate the detected license plate image to improve recognition accuracy.

Development examples: Examples developed using DLL or OCX in Visual C++, Dephi, VisualBasic, BCB language environments.
